I have been using Dory cleaners for years. Soun and Kim are excellent proprietors. They always do a great job. When they anticipate an issue with the cleaning of a garment they have always contacted me to make me aware of the possible problem before proceeding. Friendly, great job and reliable.
The owners always take good care of my clothes and use a non-toxic eco friendly system. Amazing customer service!!
Awful quality and horrible customer service. Was basically told they don’t care about customer service and they don’t care they ruined my high end items and wouldn’t give me any type of discount. Had to pay full price (over $100) and now I have ruined clothes and absolutely no trust in these dry cleaners! Would not recommend.
Friendly, clean, quick, reliable. Just moved here and needed some easy tailoring for my pants. They did a great job and price was about the same as my place back in SF.
