Its ok. Not very clean. Pretty good washers. Dryers are 25cents for 5 minutes but they suck.
Awesome Service Nice People & New Upgrade to the place
The rudest owner ever. I'm here visiting from California, went to do my laundry here because it was the closest. I choose a machine that took $5 from me, I tell the woman in charge and she has to check the camera. She tells me that I only put $4.75. I tell her keep the quarter, I don't care. Then, the machine takes its time working, she has the nerve to call us stupid and then insults my father calling him an old liar. These people don't care about their customers, she clearly stated that. She's insulting us without reason. Machines are old and they lack of carts for the laundry. Don't sponsor people like this. I will not visit again and will spread the word. Customers come first woman, you have a business because of your customers, maybe you should take some customer service classes. I visit Salem Laundromat now, better service, better newer machines and convenient location.

These are the rudest people. I agree with some comments here. The woman in charge has no regards for the customers, honestly, customers don’t matter for her, which should be her main priority. I asked for assistance and her face of disgust was obvious, she did not want to help me. The place is gross anyway; worn out machines, dirty establishment, lack of supplies for customers and lack of costumer service. Doing laundry should not be stressful, but this woman makes it that way. Never again, you just lost 4 costumers, we are visiting Salem laundry Co. now, is clean and they are so willing to help.
