By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! It is absolutely impossible to get anyone to answer the phones or even have a manager return a call. I paid Loews $35.00 to have an installer come to my home, take measurements and make recommendations to replace a broken sink..Although the installer (who actually doesn’t work for Lowe’s ) did come out and submit his paperwork to Lowe’s, it is 2 weeks later plus 25 + phone calls I have been unable to speak with anyone at Lowe’s directly to obtain the information I paid for!!! I even spoke with their corporate office in Indiana who also could not reach anyone to pick up the phone. She assured me she would send an email to the store assistant manager..Still heard absolutely nothing!!nIn a last attempt I called and asked to speak to a manager. I was told they would give all the information I provided them , to a manager at the Saugus store and have them call me back.. You guessed it NO RESPONSE!nAbsolutely terrible.. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME! I now need to start all over again after wasting my time and money receiving nothing in return..nTOTALLY DISGUSTED!!

I would give Lowe’s Saugus a negative review. I bought a stove there and paid the enormous installation fee. When the schedule day arrived, no stove or communication form Lowe’s or the installation crew, I had to call them several times and was on hold before they rescheduled. On the rescheduled day, the installer called and told me that the store did not have my stove. I called and spoke to several people in Lowe’s and was told there was some kind of malfunction in computer system. You would assume that they would them help me reschedule right? I called and was on hold several times for more than 1/2 and the time the assistant store manger, Marvin, said he would calm me back, he did not. I still have not gotten a hold of anyone. Can they not solve this simple problem since they rescheduling it has been 4 days, no solution.nDo I not deserve some sort of compensation for this kind of ineptitude? And my having to reschedule my worknand cancel my appointments due to this nonsense? It seems I will have to do it another time too.

Huge store, very well stocked. Long line to check out and staff looked completely exhausted, but they were kind and helpful. Got just what we needed at a great price.
