This company was highly recommended by a retired plumber we know. They have a reputation for doing a good job and charging a fair price. Clearly, they lived up to their reputation.
We had a leak develop on the main 2" water line into our business. You would need a special tool to fix the leak quickly. They obviously had the tool and knowledge. The leak was fixed quickly and at a fair price.
We plan on using them again in the future and I would recommend them to anyone.
Great experience! The tech Dajun called ahead of time, showed up on time, wore a mask the whole time, (thank you!) Measured everything twice and ran the propane pipe out of the house right on the mark, cleaned the debris, and did it in good time. I would highly recommend The Harris-Dudley Co. to anyone who wants professional service.
We have now owned 3 houses in multiple states and finally feel like we've found a plumbing and HVAC company that we trust, does a thorough and high quality job, and actually listens to us and communicates well. What a relief! It's far too rare and we're relieved that our home is in good hands. Highly recommend!
I am a bit biased, I have worked here for nearly 3 years. I am leaving soon to move to another state. This company has been amazing to work for. They are honest and have the highest integrity of any company I have ever worked for. The service technicians are fantastic, I have been dispatching them and daily I get calls from customers that love them. The owners truly care about the customers and the quality of the work. The work done at my own house was perfect! I will miss working at this company.
