A botched garbage disposal install due to piping that didn't allow clearance required PVC drain modification which caused me to call Andrew. He didn't have a morning appointment and was able to arrive within 15 mins. He saw what needed to be done and was efficient, clean and very nice. I will keep his number for any future needs or friends.nnI would highly recommend him.
WHAT A THIEF. He was Very expensive and rude towards me the entire time. Dragged his dirty boots all over my floor. I would never recommend him to anyone. UNPROFESSIONAL
VERY EXPENSIVE!!! I was in need of a plumber for my rental property in Lawrence due to a gas leak in the line that ran from the gas meter to the boiler. He was onsite for about 4 hours and ran about 20 liner feet of gas pipe and charged $2,500!!! I have been in the commercial property management business for about 20 years and have managed hundreds of plumbing projects over the years. This was clearly price gouging because of the recent gas explorations in the area.. He mentioned after the work was completed that he would have charged $1,000 just to troubleshoot the problem! He also was demanding cash payment which is VERY unusual for a licensed professional. I would never recommend or use this company again.
