Didn't deliver the agreed upon estimate, didn't bother to call, did not keep any promise made. Came out, inspected plumbing, promised a never delivered estimate on a job he said they'd do. Two weeks later I called asking about the estimate I hadn't gotten. He was rude, unprofessional and promised to take me to court if I left this review. Well..... here's an honest review of your poor customer service and dishonest business practices.

Try to call them and get my septic pumped told him my drive way required 4 wheel drive and he said no and hang up on me

Gets the job done to a point. Just don't expect a warm greeting from him. Very rude to the customers and anyone with a yelling distance.
