Jodi and his workers at Starnes are top notch workers!! They took a problem that I’ve had for 3 years and got it fixed in one week!! Jason did the service work on my system and he is top notch!! He’s very knowledgeable and very helpful in making the homeowner/business owner understand what the problem is and how he will fix it!!nnIf anyone ever needs work done then DO NOT hesitate to give them a call!! They are amazing people that do amazing work!!

Last summer 2 of these guys came out to fix my AC unit. They were super nice and knowledgeable. The tech said that they gave pretty good deals on systems and it should give them a call. This spring I decided to bite the bullet and get estimates on how much it would be to replace my gas furnace, as well as upgrade my 1.5 ton AC to a 2 ton AC. To my utter shock the price was about 3 thousand less than I was expecting.nnThey came out today and installed it, and each of the guys working were great! They all seemed to know exactly what they were doing and worked hard to get it all done in about 8 houra. I am so thrilled with both the price I paid as well as the awesome guys that came out to install.

All the technicians are very professional! I’ve been using Starnes for many years to service my heating/cooling and they are always prompt, efficient and polite. Recently I had to get a new heat pump installed and the price was very competitive and the technicians did a great job with zero issues. I highly recommend Starnes Inc for all your HVAC needs!! A++++

Jeff lied to us saying it had to be completely replaced when it is fixable. They don't care, they have left us without heat in the middle of winter and a loss of $68. I'm disabled and he didn't care. All he cared about was trying to make more money. Will NEVER recommend. Brunettes Heating is helping us out and I definitely recommend them.
