Quantico Station

Be careful with the Quantico Station. It is a Military Base. If you do not have a military ID you may have a hard time getting to train or if you get off there and you have someone picking you up and they dont have an ID they may not be able to get you. I have arrived at Quantico many times w little trouble. Today I was turned away and had to rush to Woodbridge. I understand it is a Military base but Amtrak should note there may be issues.

Quaint and convenient! Gets you out of the weather and well lit. Only amenity is the Coffee bar (muffins) and restrooms. Good free-parking

Likely the best station on the VRE. Coffee shop inside, several local places to eat in a block distance, large lobby to stay out of the weather. Also has Amtrak service. Traffic can back up at the gate coming and going.

Very clean and professional.

Been riding VRE for over 20 years. Great conductors. Usually better than driving; almost always less stress.
