Fantastic service, called around to three places and was met with long waits and high prices. Called them and got same day service with out emergency charges and a great price to boot. Office and field workers were cordial, professional and knowledgeable. Couldn't think of anything more you could ask for.
I had a similar experience with Bennett's like last two reviewers. I have used this company for 20 years and had a wonderful experience. The customer service to arrange a pumping WAS excellent, the pumping service WAS prompt and well done. The provider pumping WAS professional and informative. However, the is NO LONGER TRUE. I called to get service a couple of months ago and indicated that I had an emergency situation. My septic was backing up into the house. I could not get any to come out. They told me they would call me right back, they never did. They told me they would get someone out the house, and then canceled, and then rescheduled and then couldn't get there. They didn't call me back like they said they would numerous times. It was unbelievable. They acted as if I were doing them a favor. I was really shocked, as my previous 20 years experience had been so different. They did not act like I was a life long customer. They appeared to have no knowledge that they had ever been to my house or pumped my tank. This is a family run business. Father passed down to son etc. well it has gone DOWN HILL. I will never use them again. It is a real shame and a SAD legacy for their father ( I think) who was a nice, respectful man and a hard worker who cared about his customers.
Called and got an appointment same day. It was great. The price was even lower than quoted and their was the lowest of all the ones I called. Thank you
Look else where if you are looking for good customer service. These guys will not do good work or keep promises they make. You might as well throw your money down the toilet. Literally these guys are the crankist people you will have the misfortune of working with. The only positive thing I can say is that I will never have to use their so called services again. Stay away from these guys if you want to be happy.
