Last night 11/28/20 I got to drive thru line at 6:38pm got to the order speaker at 6:55pm to be told kitchen is closed and they will not be taking anymore orders. I was extremely upset other were in line waiting as well behind me to wait all that time and be to they can’t be served. There needs to be a better system when closing early not fair to customers.
Ordered a steak protein bowl. The rice was overcooked and the steak was salty. Couldn’t eat another bite. That’s the last time I go here. Disgusting!!! P.S the drive thru cash register girl seemed like she was going to stay with my debit card. When I got the food she was “you’re all set” while still not giving me my debit card. Gross and thieves!
I've gotten the crunchwrap supreme here a few times for lunch via the drive through.nnService is generally very quick, and the food has been great other than once where the soft tacos were cold.
At the window my husband asked if we could add a crunchwrap supreme to our order, the woman at the window, quickly answered I can't add because there is a line. ( When is there not) we get home and my daughter opened her cheesy fiesta potatoes and found a long strand of a hair in it. GROSS. I called the store to inform them that they would not let us purchase another item, but they could give us someone else's hair in our PURCHASED food. No one answers the phone number found online. Won't be going back.
taco bell is complete gas i highly recommend.
