I was initially impressed at their thorough estimate. They did a free camera inspection of the sewer and found an issue. Since we had been noticing a smell in the house we decided to do the work sooner rather than later.
I felt they were straightforward at first but ended up feeling they were just telling me what would get me to sign the contract and pay. They were very eager to get the original check. I asked if the people that did the quote would be on site, and they said they would, but when work started to be done, not only were they not there, they had contracted out the work to another company entirely!
I didn't feel they were honest, but I do feel the contracted company did good work. They also failed to mention that the work is only guaranteed if we don't use draino or similar chemicals. Those are common household products and easy to use and shouldn't void a warranty. And if they do I'd like it written and signed to assure it's clear...
Overall I think I scared into spending too much money. I wish I had understood the problem better and realized sooner we could put off the work for quite a while longer. I will definitely go with a different company in the future.
Tim and Jason came and repaired my hot water tank and installed a water softener, they were professional, kind courteous aangreat to work with, they gave me the information I needed to make a.good decision. The following day Austin and John scoped the drains going outside and advised me of the best and most cost affective solution to my drain issues. They were also very professional, kind, courteous and informative, I appreciate all the technicians that I have had the pleasure of meeting and working with. I live I an old house and my sewer backed up & flooded. They told me a couple weeks before it would but I wasn’t convinced and wanted to wait. It was expensive but they matched my lowest bid and did fantastic work. I was scared because they had to dig in my front yard. But they covered it so well and my yard looks great! Thank you to the tech John for being there for me every step of the way! I had a great experience with this company. They communicated very well! Even after the work was finished they checked back in. I recommended them to my neighbors and they are doing work for them too!
Tim, showed up to install a sink & faucet. The counter had to be cut. He did the job with a good attitude and good quality & good timing. He keep every thing clean throughout the job. I really appreciate his respect for our home and the care he took in putting on shoe covers each time he entered the house. The price was a little higher than I anticipated, he didn't apologize, we came to know that this is the best quality service, & that we are welcome to call if any thing goes wrong. Every thing looks good. We are proud that we used a local company.
I love them! They were skilled, kind and hard working. I appreciated the heart that the guys put into the work they performed. We live on a mountainside. So it’s tough to work on our home. My husband is a Plumber. But he specializes in Fire Suppression and new construction. And he is really happy with them too! We had them dig out the clean-out in our front yard, that had sunk over time. And they are preparing to install a trench less sewer line.
