We live near the county complex on a well system. The past few days the system keeps running longer and longer when we are not using water. I tried to shut off the water, and that had no effect. I called several plumbers it is surprising how few work on Wells. One plumber told us we needed a new Pump and something else. Another one said we needed a new pipe under ground. When the plumber from northern Virginia plumbers showed up, he checked everything out and gave me a price to repair it and then Another to replace the line. I asked him if the repair would work, he explained everything. They pulled the pipe up and installed a special valve that stopped the water. The price for the job was $230.00nI can't tell you what a replacement on the water pipe was because it upsets my stomach.nThe big guy that was in charge was an encyclopedia of knowledge, clearly he has been a plumber for many years.We feel blessed to have found them.

Bobbie was awesome. He came up with a really innovative idea to repair my shower faucet when I decided to fix a leaky shower head myself and bent the brass accidentally. It worked!!! Despite coming out multiple times, it was a really affordable price and saved me hundreds if not thousands. Certainly can't complain and would highly recommend!!

I will start with the fact that when you can reach the company, people are very nice and try to be helpful. However, over to a period of almost 4 months, tried to get service from this company to install a whole home water filter system. at first the company was very responsive and even came to do an in home quote but was preoccupied with other business and in fact pushed us off more than once for periods of weeks at a time. They also had me buy the equipment and in fact have to search for parts they thought were necessary that no other plumber did. I had four quotes for this service from different plumbers.I have no idea if the quality of the service would have been better in the end but I ended up going with another plumber who charged less for more work and did very good quality work. I would definitely not recommend you contact this company if you want timely service.

We had a clogged drain in our house. I did not want to call a plumber because I thought I could fix it. I rented a plumbers cable machine and spent about 3 hours trying to unclog the drain.nAbout 2:30 my wife explained to me her thoughts at the Basement being closed another night.nI called several plumbers and the person at Northern Virginia Plumbing gave me a ballpark price and said they would be out in a couple hours. I keep trying to get the drain machine out of the pipe, and I could not. When the plumber arrived I explained everything and he told me to give him a few minutes. I waited up stairs, really scared about having to do a major repair on the basement. He came up stairs and said that he got the drain machine out of the pipe. Then he informed us that we needed a pump. Our basement uses a pump to lift stuff to other pipes.nHe Fixed it and was very polite.

Great service! Had an emergency with our well, they were pleasant and came out within an hour of calling. They were able to quickly fix the issue and get us back online! Would do business again.
