Man, what a company! They were communicative, responsive, and professional. I am in the midst of having my basement finished and needed some plumbing relocated/repositioned to accommodate the designed floor plan that included jackhammering and refilling the concrete slab. From estimate/quote that was competitive to completion they promptly responded with answers to my questions and were accommodating with my schedule. Highly recommend! Will use them again!

Look no further than Prince William Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs!  We've used their services for several years now and they simply offer outstanding service! Extremely professional and very experienced!nnWe're in our 3rd house now, and they took care of everything from sump pump issues to replacing a water heater to  dishwasher leak and today it was the toilet leak! My husband attempted to fix it without success so I called Prince William Plumbing. John came out quickly and he noticed that my husband just forgot to do this one thing. So he decided not to charge us - wow, I couldn't believe it!nnBut that's who John is, always honest, upfront about service/repairs and never tries to sell anything to his customers. I'm a realtor and I work with many vendors - and there's a reason why I ONLY use Prince William Plumbing over many years. I highly recommend his company to anyone with plumbing needs!

We have been very happy with Prince William Plumbing and will continue to call them when we have plumbing needs. Did you know that the wax ring on toilets needs to be reset every 20 years or so? Our house is 20 years old and, sure enough, we had a leak in a toilet due to a failed wax ring. We plan to have Prince William Plumbing reset all of the toilets in our house. Prince William Plumbing is responsive and helpful.

I contacted these guys after a previous plumbing company (Patriot Plumbing) failed to solve the problem of my water smelling like sulfur. When the follow-up quote for a treatment system the previous company gave me didn't pass the smell test, I reached out to Prince William Plumbing. They were out to my house the next day and made me regret choosing any other company to deal with my issue.nnThe technician was communicative about what issues he saw and what types of fixes could be done. He was up front about the costs and benefits of different solutions, and even discouraged us from going for more expensive options because of the minimal benefit they would offer. I ended up replacing my water heater with them at a cost that was roughly $500 less than what I anticipated with a 6 year warranty on any issues that arise.nnHighly recommend this company!

Always have great and fast service, and technicians are always helpful and respectful of our home and us (distancing and mask-wearing too). A recent repair necessitated cutting into our drywall to find a leak and the plumber found the issue on his first cut into the wall, did a very neat job, and left us in good shape to repair the drywall with minimal effort.
