Great service, and a very knowledgeable plumbing staff. Big enough to get the job done correctly and small enough to care about customers. I highly recommend them.

If you see these guys on the road WATCH OUT! They are horrible drivers. Northbound i15 in Bountiful today they were riding my bumper in heavy traffic. Let them pass and they speed up to 85mph+ and they were towing a loaded trailer! I would never use them for my plumbing needs!!!

I have used John Zarbock Plumbing several times (I am a property manager), and they have always been courteous, professional, and quite skilled each and every time; from the office staff to the technicians. I HIGHLY recommend them.

This is the first review I have written but I don't want others to have the same bad experience I had with Zarbock. Unfortunately I did NOT find Zarbock Plumbing to be "reliable" at all. They don't return calls, miss appointments and have awful followup. Here's the specifics of my latest experience with them: After a awkward 2-3 initial phone calls where they failed to get back to me, a plumber finally showed up and took 30 minutes two write down my list of small projects I needed done. He said he could complete one (of about 6) while he was here right now but the rest he would get pricing and call me back quickly. He spent 10 minutes replacing a routine 6" plastic tub on a drinking fountain and left. Then I never heard from them again. A month later I got a bill for $134.00 for 1.5 hours for "Journeyman Plumbing Commercial Labor". So, Zarbock had completed one simple task (out of six possible) in about 10 minutes which I could have done myself in a half an hour following a trip to Home Depot. In real-terms Zarbock charged me roughly $100 just to list the potential work to be done on a piece of paper and promise to get back to me... which of course he never did. Of course, I was upset and sent them a check for $50 and a letter explaining why based on the above. They sent the letter and check back with no explanation or apology. A month after that, I received another bill for exactly the same amount as the initial billing $134.50 with a new breakdown of costs $124.00 labor and $10 for the plastic tube. Again Zarbock attempted no explanation as to why they dropped the ball and never showed up after the initial bid visit, no customer service effort to right things... just hard-ball price gouging with bill collecting afterward. Consumers seeking plumbing services in good faith shouldn't have to deal with that type of abuse. I later had another plumber complete the work quickly and honestly at a fair price.

If John zarbock plumbing works the way they drive they'd put a hole in your house. One of their drivers almost slammed into the back of my car because he was going at least 100 on bangater then proceeded to change lanes with no blinker still going those insane speeds. It was raining a very scary thing to drive next to especially since he was pulling a trailer full of equipment. I hope no one will use a company thats OK with this.
