Chicken nuggets are great, and no one has better customer service!

Service was a little dull, and it was interesting to go round and round in the line, but overall had my needs taken care of.

This chik fila is great. Better experience than the one on oldbridge road.

Their service at the online/delivery pick up window is horrible. No one is available at the window most of the time. Today, I was waiting around 5/6 minutes to meet someone. I requested one employee,, who is taking order in the Drive Through lane, to speak inside over the headset. but no help! It seems they don't like to give attention on the pickup order. I saw few delivery drivers are waiting and they are really upset. Store management should have a look on this!
