Kind and professional, they built my electric fire plac
The plumbers were very professional.
I had a problem with my water heater and called All Hours to look at it. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable about his trade. Within 10 min. of looking he figured the problem and now we have excellent hot water. A couple weeks later my furnace was giving me problems, I had a great experience with the tech that did my water heater so I called them for the furnace. Same outcome... the tech (Gauge) was very polite and knowledgeable in his trade and figured out the issue and fixed it within about 30 min. I highly recommend All Hours to anyone.

I been a manager at a restaurant for 18 years . I have worked with Brian Shepard . He is amazing and knows his commercial plumbing very well. We have had other plumbing companies throughout the years and can’t figure anything out . He understands the commercial side of things . From restaurant in door grease traps to our door grease traps . I found out he was with all hours plumbing and drains and highly recommended him for All restaurants and it comes easy for him residential jobs. . I love Brian. He is amazing
After explaining the pros/cons of the different cooling systems, Mike gave me a bid for the central Air, and it blew me away! I had been told last year that I'd need to have my duct work redone and my home would be under re-construction to accomplish it. I had been using 2 window units, instead of my swamp cooler, but I put in all new windows and now they dont fit! So fans, and a new (inside) A/C unit for my bedroom took their place, (nice 4 me) but the rest of the house is 82-87*, and l can't handle it! Anyway, Mike looked at what l had, and said everything was good to go, maybe replace my thermostat, and l have a 220 outlet where the unit is to be installed, so a wire just needs to be run to my fuse box. That's it, and he scheduled me for 10AM the next day! He's so personable and honest, not a pushy salesman! Rare quality these days, and hopefully he rubs off on others in this business. Superb PR....he made my day and l gained a new friend. He also gave me his personable cell# for "anything and everything" l may need in the future!
I am one happy camper at 65! All Hours Plumbing is well represented by him, and is a credit to their success!
