My husband is an essential employee (COVID-19) and has to wear a suit to work. Heritage Village Cleaners went above and beyond to get his suits back in less than 24hrs on a weekend. They are absolutely incredible and we will be repeat customers for sure!
Called in and asked for a single load of laundry done by following morning. Just wash and dry. Lady says ‘ok no problem.’ I show up with my clothes and she fills out my info, then says ‘ok $45.’ I said ‘for a single load? I just want a single load of wash and dry.’ She then says ‘ok $40.’ She then bartered with me all the way down to $25 and I decided to leave. I consider that unprofessional.
Ever since i moved to Haymarket, this is the first time i took our dry cleaner close to home as I’ve always go to the one close to my job. Took my dryclean clothes early morning before 9 and i got it back before 7pm! The lady is very friendly and thoughtful! As a newly mom, she volunteered to carry my baby as i do the transaction and took my clothes in my car. It’s hard to have new born baby while doing errands but she made it easier for me and recommends to call first to get it all ready for me. I HIGHLY recommend Heritage Village Cleaners, it’s my new dry cleaners from now on!ud83dude0a
