Excellent Costumer service 100%n100% Super CLEANNNNN
Everything was well laid out and easy to use. It’s a typical no-frills laundromat with many machine choices. An employee was cleaning the detergent bins while I was there. I used the mega, six and a half load washers and dryers with no issues. They also have a back entrance with parking. If it’s hard to find nearby parking in the main lot, head to the back. We fell behind on our family wash loads when our machine needed repair. I was able to catch up in a couple hours. Bring 10, 5, or 1 dollar bills for change. They don’t take larger than that at their coin machines. There’s a great bakery a couple doors down.
It’s not everyday that you encounter a business that really takes care of their customers, not simply going about their job carelessly. I left some money in my jeans’ pocket and it had slipped my mind if they didn’t call me about it. They returned it to me on the same day and I appreciate that.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! No hot water in a whole row of machines.....found out after I paid extra for hot, and the gal working here doesn’t care.
