I have not been able to received unemployment payment since I lost my job in December 2020. They made me file for unemployment 3 times, and my profile still shows suspended for unknown reason. WHAT A JOKE! Typical socialism platform. Only works for those who is on welfare for their hole life. However, if you are a hardworking single mom and just need a couple of months lo get by, you are screwed, even thought your paycheck has been paying for that!
They NEVER answer their phones. I understand more people are unemployed due to a pandemic but you guys gotta do better. Don't even bother wasting your time with 888 number. I called 70 times before they called me back. Unfortunately, I need to speak with a deputy to get my claims. I have sent multiple emails, left multiple voicemails. and wasted my time calling the same 888 number just to hear I need to reach out to a deputy. The worst!!!!!nUpdate: I received an email informing me that I have to wait 2-5 months for a deputy to contact me. Keep filing my weekly though, yeah right. They need to reevaluate their deputies working from home. 2-5 months is pretty ridiculous. BTW I have been filing since Jan.
After being waiting 13 weeks to get payed I just realized that I’m dealing with a robbery organization! Yes they are specially when I saw the other reviews and understand that they faced the same issue as mine.nVEC is the worst thing happened to me after Covid 19 and losing my job ☹ufe0f
One of the worse agency. They have people working from home bad idea because they are not attentive to their jobs from home. I dialed about 900 times service center nothing goes through. Even on opening and closing times. They sent me a letter to reply back before 15th February to claim my claim I called automatic voice response says I'm not in system. Literally this the worst ever. Maybe there needs to be a change in upper management. Its impossible for them not to answer if you are calling 900+ times during the day still no answer. Please evaluate your staff working from home are they actually working or just enjoying telemarketing for their personal pleasures.
They don’t answer the phone. All day long 7 days a week. Hire me so I can help you and help my self if you guys don’t have any body to answer you phone. It is frosted
