West Valley City Police Department

I want it to reach out to the West Valley City police department, to thank you all for keeping us safe and everything you guys/gals do. But I want it to communicate on behalf of my staff and my property here at Aspenwood Apartments, how amazing Detective Holmes is. He absolutely cares about everyone, he is professional, friendly, positive personality and overall, just an awesome officer. He is always there when we need him and has helped my community tremendously. We are very lucky to have him. Thank you! - Johana S

We really have the best police officers here. I can't say enough about them. I call and they always without fail come and make sure everything is safe and that we feel safe.

They could care less to help with any kind of custodial interference. Even with a court order they will protect the violating parent until they’ve violated it “50-100 times.” This doesn’t serve or protect law abiding citizens. Also WVCPD will close any road for an accident. They will redirect traffic and convince drivers at the drop of a hat so they aren’t inconvenienced themselves. Even on a busy road during a commute, they will close down the road and send drivers a different direction. West Valley and Murray police dgaf about people. Good luck if you have to deal with either.

Worse police officers . you can not trust them they will turn against you and they will not help. Cant call the police ! They will make everything worse !!.

My little brother locked my car whilst it was on. Although it was a 4 hour wait (WVC) officer Phillips was cordial and very willing to help. Opened my car within minutes, zero damage to it. The whole thing went smoothly and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with my local police.
