I would give Mike of PMD Home Maintenance a 5 star review, and more if I could. I called Mike for an appointment to wash our house in Gordonsville. He came promptly and early on our appointed date. Mike did a wonderful job of washing our house. He was very thorough, organized, and did a job even better than I expected. His fee was very fair. Mike is very easy to talk to, and to discuss exactly what you want done. He went around the house very methodically and timely. When my son saw what Mike had done, my son said, “He made the house look flawless.” I recommend PMD Maintenance very, very highly.

I found out about Mike and his company through one of my neighbors. She highly recommended Mike so I did a little research of my own on the internet and made an appointment after I was satisfied that he was a professional and had been doing power washing for years.nnMike came out and walked around with me and then provided me with a quote and explained how he would go about doing the job. I was more than happy with the price, in fact I questioned if he was sure he had covered everything. I told Mike to put me on his schedule and he did.nnHe actually had an opening come up before my scheduled day and so he asked if I wanted him to come two days earlier, which was fine with me. He showed up exactly on time and got busy setting up his equipment, which is an extremely professional set up. He did the work and I have to say I couldn't be happier. Our siding looks new, the windows and shutters look amazing, everything, just incredible. We also had him do a wood fence which looked awful and now looks new. If you need power washing I can tell you that you cannot go wrong with Mike, he is a professional and it makes all the difference.

Mike did a great job on our home. He is licensed and insured. He is also meticulous when it comes to power washing. I received several quotes but felt most comfortable dealing with PMD. He is actually school trained in the use of power washing equipment. Highly recommend.

PMD did a great job. Mike is honest and knows what he is doing. So easy to work with. We will be using him from now on for power washing and other home maintenance.
