Loudoun Valley High School

THE WORST SCHOOL EVER! the teachers are miserable. Some are the worst and are incredibly rude, others just do not care about teaching or their students what so ever. Depression is a huge issue at the school and I, as a student, think that it has a lot to do with the faculty. All of the students I know think the principle is incredibly sexist. The boys team won a National Nike Race and she didn’t mention anything on the announcements. The way the school is ran is terrible. Flat out terrible. I’ve never attended a worse school. A lot of seniors that graduate from valley go to nova and then don’t do anything with their lives. The school needs some major work and I think it starts with getting a new principal that pushes for change. the only upside about the school is the students are very supportive of each other and the track/cross country and basketball teams are amazing!

When I attended this High School from 2006-2009, I felt unwelcomed by the school's administration and faculty who never cared to talk to you unless they wanted to lecture or yell at you. On top of that, there were entirely too many incompetent teachers that I had to deal with.nnI genuinely loved my high school experience. I had a lot of friends and some inspiring teachers who helped me find my way in life. However, now that it is 2015, I hope that these problems haven't managed to persist in the 6 years that I have been gone.

Graduated in 2007. I had good experiences at this school. The curriculum can be challenging for AP students. You can really tell that it's a small town school, everyone knows everyone else since kindergarten.
