Personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Can't ask for more!nnMy original comment holds true. Hot water heater and complete HVAC system installed professionally... AND THE CLEAN UP WAS IMPRESSIVE (no one could tell they were there). Needed an adjustment to the water heater this morning and a tech responded within the hour... and HE was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. These guys/gals are terrific!

The complete crew did a Great job on removing and installing my new heat pump system. The clean up after the job was great nothing left behind. I would gladly use them again. The only issue I have is they did not send a air filter for my new system. Because of this I can only give them 4 stars not 5 !

Alexander didn’t have the part to fix the thermostat right away, but he figured it out quickly and put an order in for it. We had a new A/C and furnace put in over a year ago (by Alltech) and we have been very happy with it. We were afraid it was something expensive, but it was covered under the warranty. We were relieved it was covered. Great, professional service. They do not try to oversell or find something to charge for. We highly recommend this company.

Please consider All-Tech for your heating, electrical, and plumbing needs. We have used them for all of these services. In some cases, we had to call them after another contractor was unable to complete the job required.nEvery technician that has arrived for the work has been extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. And most importantly, honest. We have never been surprised by unanticipated costs or problems, There has always been a quick and effective solution to every problem we've encountered.nThis morning, we woke up to a sump pump that failed when a brown-out fried the motor. Within two hours, they were here and had a new pump hooked up and running. This was critical because the water coming into the basement at this point was getting ready to breach the door thresholds into the living area and that would have been the end of the basement family room!nThank you to a great company!nAll-Tech Services should be your first call!
