I struggle to find a start to this review, but I did call this company and scheduled a soft wash roof cleaning. We had a major storm roll through resulting in damage to our skylights and possibly the roof itself so we cancelled the appointment. Oddly the company showed up a few weeks later UNSCHEDULED and we reluctantly allowed them to go ahead and clean the roof. Well the group was not very pleasant, killed several plants around the house and on the rear deck and to top it all they never followed up with missing a few spots on the roof specifically under the sky lights and a few spots towards the ridge of the roof. I do not recommend!!

Appreciated all the communication from the Larry Miller Group, from set up to window cleaning completion. My windows look AMAZING! Billy did a great job. After he finished inside he went outside and noticed “two spots” on the inside window. He came back inside to get those two spots! I couldn’t appreciate them at all! Really appreciate the professionalism of those that answer the phone as well as Billy, my window washer!! Great job!

Great customer service and communication! Hired Larry Miller to power wash our deck for the first time (after doing it myself for years). Although the service was not cheap, the results were outstanding - my deck looks good as new and much better than the results I've gotten myself. I've hired them to do my windows in the past and they do a great job (that job happens tomorrow), and figured I'd give their deck washing service a try. They aren't cheap but these guys know what they're doing!

I am assuming this is the same as the Larry Miller, Inc. who came last week to clean our windows, walkway, deck, siding and brick on our house. We could not be more pleased with the results! Jose and Alex worked tirelessly from before 9 AM to after 6 PM with, so far as I know, only a short break for lunch. They paid great attention to detail and worked very hard, yet they were quiet and polite and stayed until every last possible thing had been completed to the best possible degree. We are very grateful!
