Never had a problem with them, great locally run cleaners, highly recommend!
The owner stained my dress with pen blamed me for the damage for a dress still with tag on it. He still charge me 11 for the clean which he caused. Horrible customer services. Think twice about bring anything in they will either ripped or stain even if it brand new.
The Starch stains were one thing. I brought a shirt to have a small seam repair done. When i picked up the shirt, there were two small holes in the front which appeared to be from errant scissor use.nnDespite politely explaining the issue multiple times, they claimed it wasn't their fault. Then they claimed i forgot the holes were there.nnAbsolutely will not use again.
I went there to get my new paints fit and it was great I walked in abour 50 minutes before they close and she finished the job before. She was very friendly the price was more than good, I totally would go there again.
AWFUL. I will never go back or recommend them to anyone. I brought in a dog hammock for the backseat of my car on a Tuesday morning and asked to have it Friday morning. He was going to charge me $20 because he thought it was a horse blanket, and when I went to pick it up it was NOT ready and was still sitting on the floor in the front of the store in the bag I brought it in. I then told him I needed it that day and I was just going to have to take it dirty and he dropped the bag at my feet and walked away. I have NEVER been so insulted at a place of business.
