I have lived in the residential market and have used them in the urban market with the technology Lockers, even the times when there were minor mistakes made they went above and beyond to make it right. For me it’s about convenience and having the ability to communicate direct with someone if problems arise and dryy garment care provides all of that. I have become a regular!

My experience with Dryy was excellent. I called spontaneously from a number off their business van, (my dryer had broken and I was trying to figure out what to do in the interium until the new one came) and a friendly person answered and set up my appointment in 5 minutes. They did get lost, and intially appeared like they just didn't show up, yet when I called they made it right, picked up clothes and returned them on time, all neat, clean and folded. The price point, in my opinion, is really good too. I would recommend using them and just work through the first-time hiccups because they seem to value customer service.

Excellent pick-up/delivery service!nnI have been using their delivery service since 2015 for dry cleaning, hemming, and boot repairs in both the Ashburn and Chantilly areas. There are two delivery days in my area which can be set for automatic pick-up/delivery or scheduled. Their tailoring service is convenient for simple jobs, such as hemming pants to a specific length. They also did an excellent job repairing my wife's boot which had a broken zipper. Excellent service for reasonable prices!

I used this service because they have lockers in my building. The 1st time was fine. The 2nd time the locker pick up etc didn’t work and I kept getting error messages. Text also didn’t work but it was resolved by email. That’s ok. However, despite writing on the form that I needed a button sewn on, and ticking repairs in the app, this was completely ignored. I was happy to pay for this but since it hasn’t done I can’t wear the shirt and have paid to have I cleaned when I’d already washed it. Totally incompetent. I really cannot suggest anyone uses this company. It’s a shame because the locker idea is good.

Update to previous post. I had a negative experience with this company. The owner called me immediately and resolved this issue. I was very impressed with this and appreciate them working with their customers like that. This was a very good demonstration of how important their customers are to them. Appreciate the quick responsiveness and resolution to my concerns. Cleaning prices are very competitive and I love the home pickup and delivery.
