This is a very nice and clean establishment. The pricing is fair and affordable. I had to visit due to my dryer at home not working. I dried what would have been 5 loads of laundry for 5 dollars. They offer multiple sizes of washers and large dryers. No complaints about this experience.
A nice place in general, clean and all, however we were locked out with our clothes left in the dryer! We put clothes in the dryer around 7:30 pm, left to get dinner and came back an hour later to get our clothes out and the doors were locked while the staff cleaned up inside. The sign on the door clearly reads 6am-11pm. I understand that it’s New Year’s Eve, but there should have at least been a notice on the door that said they would close early. Now we have to come back early in the morning and hope our clothes are still there.
Absolutely terrible. We put $ in a dryer and couldn't get it to register that the door was closed no matter what we did. We went to find an attendant and after 5 minutes of waiting for an attendant we moved to another machine and still waited. When the attendant finally showed up, they had to push underneath the machine to get it to register the door was closed and refused to give us our money back. The woman claimed that since she got it to work they can't give us $ back. BS
Had trouble with coinc changers. Only work for $10 & $20 bills...smaller bills had to be exchanged by hand. Generally filthy. There was a huge pile of uncooked meat on the floor which was left for over an hour!!...people stepped in it and tracked it all over the place!! NASTY!!
Good to have the credit or debit card options in the machines to use/operate the laundry. Very much comfortable and convenient to come in and use it
