The place looks clean and efficient but the output of the car wash is lacking dramatically. When I got my car they didn't vacuum the backseat nor did they wipe down the interior even the steering wheel had dirt on it..this basic stuff. I was not looking for full Detail ..I understand it's a limited wash, but for 25 bucks you should at least wipe down the middle console and vacuum the backseat area which they didn't. I had to send it back through again which also increased by time being there by another 30 minutes making the total trip over one hour. I will not return.
This was a first time getting my car wash 1) here at flagship 2) got a new car. I’ve seen mixed reviews so thought I go to see for myself. I only got the exterior washed because of the salty roads from the snow. For the first time, I had a good experience. The employee made it easy and everything went smoothly.nnThanks flagship!
The first time we got a car wash here things were pretty good. This last time, however, they were very unprofessional in how they acted toward my husband.Then, to top it all off, the back seat wasn't vacuumed whatsoever, and the trunk area was exactly like we had it before bringing it in. When we approached a team member, he was extremely passive aggressive and just seemed annoyed. Don't go here.
The customer service was awesome. Good quality work. They did a good job. I definitely would recommend.
Spectacular job. Well worth the wait. Clearly popular. Felt like I just had my whole car detailed for a fifth of the price!
