Very fast service. We were in and out in about 10 minutes. The prices were about the same as other places in the DC area, but they are much faster than the others. If I lived in this area, I would definitely be going here more often.

Dr Wash is GONE and so are ALL your Reward Points from before!!!ud83eudd2fud83eudd2fud83eudd2f Flagship Car Wash has taken over and I couldn't even sign up for a Flagship membership as the inside which is still Dr Wash. Oh, forgot to mention, as of this writing, Platinum Wash is still $27 with no member discounts or rewards! They are not even using the Flagship Car Wash own rate, $25 for the Ultimate Car Wash which is similar to $27 Dr Wash Platinum Car Wash!!! Basic, no-frills assembly-line car wash. They do a decent enough job that brings me back every other week.nnOther than that, not much really to say. Doesn't get too crowded each time I go during the week. Would imagine it would be PACKED on sunny-day weekends.nnI'm sure you could get a better detail for your car elsewhere, but for the price you pay here, it's not too bad.

This is no longer Dr Wash. It is now operating under the name of Flagship Carwash Center. Dr Wash staff used to drive your car through the wash. The staff at Flagship make you drive your own car through. This was not explained to me until after payment and about 5 seconds before entering the machine. They only instruction I was given was to put the vehicle in neutral and not to brake. I got stuck inside the wash and nudged in the rear by the next person in line. I had to open my window inside the wash and was told to drive over two bumps before returning the car to neutral. As you can imagine this resulted in a wet interior and a wet me. Not a good experience and definitely one that I will avoid in the future.

Not to much to say but process was in and out. The lady ringing me up was nice. Would have been 5 stars, but crew at the end could have done a better wipe down.
