My kids have attended school here since kindergarten and it has been an incredibly enriching and positive experience. The teachers and the administration are truly a class act. These are committed and dedicated professionals that so clearly love what they do and care about the children they serve. My kids are getting much more than solid academics here. They are learning how to be curious, compassionate, and moral human beings. I feel like we hit the jackpot when we found McGillis.

Excellent private school for elementary and middle school students. Oriented toward Judaism but open to all. The local community is welcome to use the building and grounds when school is not in session. Good neighbors to have in our community.

The McGillis School has felt like home from the first time we set foot in the school to tour it years before our son started kindergarten. Four years later we have never once had second thoughts about his school. The teachers, staff, administration and families are all committed to not only giving the students the absolute best of an academically vigorous curriculum, but more importantly, the school is committed to teaching students to become thoughtful, compassionate humans beings who want to give back to their community, in short the Jewish value of Tikkun Olam, or to repair the world.

Our two kids have been at the McGillis School since kindergarten. The amazing teachers create a learning environment in which our kids are thriving. We love McGillis.

This is a great school, it has a very tight nit learning enviroment, and has an extreme focus on education, however it also has its setbacks children receive recess or breaks all the way until 8th grade, which I find to be sheltering and unhelpful when going into highschool the next year
