We unfortunately experienced a gas grill explosion at our home this Spring. Loudoun County Department of Fire, Rescue & Emergency Services provided us with exceptional assistance and service. They were on the problem ASAP, assisted us at the hospital and followed up several times with care and warmth-- even weeks after the accident. I hope to never be in a situation where I need rescue and emergency services again, but it's nice to know that Loudoun County has such an amazing team ready to roll should the need arise. Thankfully, we are all healed up, and we are truly grateful.

They wouldn't take me to Stone Springs, where I requested to go, even though there was no medical reason; and despite the fact they took me there last time at my request. Called in to find out why, and was told that it's their procedure to take patients to the closest hospital, even if they request another.nnI really wonder, though, what bad action do they think will happen if they just took me to S.S. vs. Inova? Do they think I would sue for doing what I asked? Or is there another motive entirely, probably financial? Things that make you go hmmm.....
