This is the worst customer service ever especially the lady who sees Payment and Plans . She is so disrespectful on the phone, very arrogantly speaking and unprofessional! I was generally asking her about my payments but she is so rude, impolite. Zero knowledge on how to talk with customers! Worst worst worst ever! She should not be on that position where she doesn’t know how to speak with customers! She needs to understand that it’s her job and that’s what she gets paid for.
The absolute worst .. went to pay my parking ticket yesterday...which I should've fought but I live out of state...only to find out they charged me the late fee early... So even though it says late fee starts after 30 days .. be mindful they they include the first day of the ticket and could care less about the unclear messaging on their ticket .. called them for an explanation and got nothing unreasonable insensible staff. Disgusting.

This office is unorganized and lacks common sense. I never received a tax bill and when I inquired, they admitted to not sending a tax bill but informed me that not I had accumulated late fees and interest in the bill they never mailed.
I moved out of Loudoun County almost a year ago. I have my address changed at the DMV but I still get billed for property tax and they send it straight to my current address. They know that
