Rob came today to do our annual maintenance on the units they installed for us a few years ago. He was on time, efficient, gracious, and a great communicator! He explained everything he did and gave me great suggestions. He exceeded my expectations and I’d love to have him back. Short Pump Heating and Air - thanks for always sending THE best people and for providing the best service we’ve ever had.. If anyone is on the fence about hiring a service, don’t waste anymore time looking. You will not get better or more reasonable service anywhere in the Richmond area. Nancy Engleman

We recently had an issue with our heating/AC unit badly icing up during freezing temperatures. Short Pump Heating and Air provided amazing service. From the very fast and personal response to my voicemail, to the quickly scheduled service calls, to the final resolution of the issue, I could not have been more pleased. It turned out the issue was with the existing wiring within the walls of my home, and even though the issue was unrelated to their installation of our unit , they took the time to ensure a speedy repair. It’s clear this is a business that truly cares about its customers. I even received multiple calls from the owner, ensuring I was aware of the progress and happy with the results. They have earned a customer for life.

I have been very happy with the service i have received! I call them to complete and annual review of my AC and Heat. Fantastic SERVICE. They called before they arrived and explained to me the process. Evan was fantastic. More recently I had an issue with my upstairs heater fan and they were kind enough to call me right back on a Saturday. I am so impressed with the service I experienced. Knowledgable, responsive, on time and informative.

Jacob just left and we couldn't be more pleased with the service he performed. Our house is 1 year old and I wanted to have someone other than the original installer check out our heat and A/C. Short Pump Heating and Air was a great choice. Jacob checked our system, made adjustments from factory settings as necessary, and pointed out some filter best practices to increase our unit's life. He was thorough, courteous, and helpful. As a first-time customer, Jacob's professionalism will make us a returning customer in the years to come.
