I visit this place in my free time and asked a number of people even workers of DOC how is VCCW the best in the state( thats what thy what you to hear). Employees say they or forced to stay long hours for draft because of policy even thou it say only in a emergency. There captains or sgt the cost of this. If thy dont do this or come on there days off they get a group or loose there jobs. This is bullying!! Its not the employees because they cant hold good works there it the leadership. Some of the offenders that live there say that the place is ok but the staff dont do there jobs. After some investigation on my own i say the place needs a overhaul in leadership and how its run. There is no effort on doc leadership to use common sense, communication with there employees as well as civilian staff and there is a lost even stay there to work. Most employees say its leadership from sergeant to major that has run this place down. Fulvana employees say its the major because she worked there before.
Horrible to the prisoners. I know they are locked up but stick to the rules and stop making them up from day to day. Guards gone wild!! SOMEONE needs to do a surprise inspection on the staff!
