I don't use dry cleaners often, but I had my drapes cleaned recently at Puritan on Patterson -- I was grateful for the helpfulness and friendliness displayed by both the employees I encountered. These two women were both extraordinarily kind, and it made my day a little better. My drapes look great, too.
Service was very quick. But, the shirt I brought to have dry cleaned had a spot of something that was not there before. Other than that, everything looked great
My experience with Puritan cleaners were excellent. Excellent customer service and very friendly. She explained everything to me and how long everything will be.
The quality is very good as well as the service. The price though was outrageous I paid over $21 for one suit and one shirt. Two other cleaners in the area will do it for 12 and 14 dollars respectively. honestly the quality is fantastic and the service was fantastic but the price is outrageous to me.
When I arrived at this location, I was greeted by a very nice and professional employee. She answered all my questions and quickly entered all my info into the system. This business even provides a discount for first responders and public safety staff for the uniforms. I asked if I could get a quick turnaround on my items and they guaranteed me a pickup time by 3pm the following day without an up charge. Returned the following day and picked up my items and I am very pleased with the work that was performed and the professional appearance my uniforms will now have. I will definitely be returning every week to have my uniforms done.
