We have been a customer of Appleton Campbell for many years. We have always been pleased with the service by the technicians. Ronnie has been to our home several times and he demonstrates superior customer service. He is thorough, knowledgeable, explains everything, polite, and a perfect representative of your business!nHe came for our seasonal checkup and determined that our heating system was frozen up. Especially from the recent cold weather. He gave us options, and the repair was made quickly. It was a very, very cold day, but Ronnie continued to work to completion. We admire his professionalism and dedication!!!

Absolutely a wonderful company! This is my second time using them and I HIGHLY recommend them! I had a hot water heater blow this past Sunday and I can’t even begin to explain how wonderfully they handled the situation from the first call, pricing, technical work and clean up! Kudos to the woman who answered my original phone call (I’m sorry I don’t have her name but she is AWESOME), the woman who checked in today, WT Settle, the first person on the scene on Sunday, and Kevin Ellis and Austin who installed the new tank, cleaned up and put everything back in place!!!! Who does that!!?? Absolutely outstanding service! I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH!!! My new water heater is up and running! I can’t thank you enough! I’ve already recommended you to my neighbor.nnNote: I also LOVE how they send a photo and small facts about the technicians they send. A great business model! Thank you!

Appleton Campbell were quick to respond to my online request and were able to fit me in that day! The estimator was courteous and thorough in his inspection and explanation of the problems with my water heater. I did have to replace my heater and they were able to do it the same day. The second crew who actually replaced my heater were great. They made sure that I understood everything that they were doing and left the workspace spotless. I would happily recommend Appleton Campbell to anyone.

I had my 30-year-old heating and cooling systems replaced. My technicians were Jason and Micah, and they were on time, efficient, and very polite and professional. They were knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything after the systems were installed. I greatly appreciated their timeliness and their hard work! I highly recommend their services. We had another great experience with Appleton Campbell!nnWe had to replace our water heater and they made the process uncomplicated with excellent customer service. The two technicians (Keith and Austin) who came to do the work were prompt and acquainted. Keith did help us with a few minor sink repairs as well!nnIf you are looking for a company that cares, choose Appleton Campbell. Highly recommend them!
