Alpha Pet Resort

We had to change boarding kennels and boarded Harley this week at Alpha for the first time. We were very pleased with the staff and facilities. We received photos and a short report of how he was going. The photos were a nice surprise and helped me feel more at ease about leaving him at Alpha. Very Happy with the kennel!! Thanks.

We had a great experience with Alpha Pet Resort. The staff were so friendly and kept us up to date on how Steel was doing! We loved getting pictures of him playing with new friends and being read a bed time story! We were able to enjoy our trip, knowing Steel was being well taken care of. We will definitely be returning!

Everyone was so nice at Alpha Pet Resort! It was the first time dropping our dog off here and his first time away from home. They made sure he was happy and enjoying his time! They sent pictures of him throughout the weekend so I knew how he was doing! Will definitely be coming back with our dogs again!

I love my dog and he’s 2 years old, this was my first time leaving him since we we’re going on vacation; he’s really nervous around new people and if I’m not around he starts barking and gets anxiety. I told them all this and they told me they would have him play with other dogs just so he could relax and that he was gonna have a good time.nWhat they didn’t mention is this was ALL EXTRA and apart from their super high daily rates, they were even asking me for money because I WANTED PICTURES OF HIM. Absolutely not I already did my research and I am not using them again, everything EVERYTHING you want your dog to do is extra, with their expensive high rate they only include taking him out (this really small piece of back yard maybe no larger than 5x5) like “4 times a day” they said for like 10 minutes; the rest of the day my dog was in a cell kinda looking area for 5 days till I came back to get him.nI was not asking for VIDEOS or PICTURES of my dog every 5 minutes, I was not asking for updates every hour; I just needed an update at least everyday letting me know he was doing okay with his anxiety, well clearly this is too much to do and requires extra payment and by the way, the person who responds to messages got tired of me for asking for my dog cause all her responses were basically the same after sometime, not rude but like: “he is fine he ate and he’s good he’s playing right now!”nLike literally every single message for almost 5 days was the same: he’s fine.nI love my dog and I didn’t get a good vibe from them that’s all I’m saying so here are my five cents, long story short: I will look for a boarding who does treat dogs like family, not like this place.

Such nice people! We trust them completely with our dogs. Whether we are boarding them or just going for a day spa, they are always well taken care of.
