They have been cleaning my carpets 15+ years. They are very professional and do an excellent job. Their customer service is the best.
Alvin of Clean Scene has done two jobs for me - one was cleaning carpet and ridding it of pet odor. The second was stretching an older carpet that had a wrinkle in it. He does excellent work.
Cleaning was good however customer service was not very courteous and they did not call me back when I called to confirm my appointment.
