I had originally gave Efren a great review in helping get in to my Apartment. He offered to waive my signing cost if I would cancel with a previous apartment I had signed a lease with. I did and payed no move in cost. After 6months I come to find out Efren never waived my move in fee. Now I have to pay that cost 8 months later.* Advise* make sure you get everything in writing! Thanks for nothing Efren.

Living at the crossing has been awesome! It’s a very diverse and friendly community. Our neighbors have been very friendly from day 1- asking us if we needed help moving in and making us feel welcome. The staff is courteous and prompt. Sodany was able to get us moved in on a Friday evening with a short notice. She is quick to respond to messages and has been highly attentive. The complex is also conveniently located and very safe!

We have been living here for 6 months and have only had issues. The buildings themselves are beautiful and well built. On the other hand you will pay $1,800+ to live here for no parking. The parking is “first come first serve” according to the office yet no running businesses out of the complex. Some of the cars haven’t moved since we have moved in. There are other cars on the inner stalls who haven’t moved in over a month. The stalls are junk cars placed there by other tenants to reserve their spot or for their cars they are working on. The office was to lazy to verify which is actually which and automatically dismissed the issues. We have had to call local authorities to get these cars towed since the management is no help. We have also been waiting for over 2 months for maintenance to get a “tall enough” ladder to fix our noisy fan and closet light. Overall, don’t waste your money here. You could get way more and a better involved management for less.

I lived here for about 14 months and it was mostly a good experience. Move in was quick and painless. The appearance and floor plans speak for themselves. Our guests were always impressed. The grounds are kept very clean, and it’s nice that the garbage cans are enclosed and emptied frequently. It was also a blessing to have a 24hr Supermarket literally in the backyard. Tracks right across the street and 5 mins from downtown. Parking wasn't an issue for me because we only had car that just parked in the garage. New management is pretty friendly and they help when they can. My maintenance requests were generally handled quickly, except for broken down appliances.If it requires third party vendors to come fix it, that can take weeks. But the regular in house stuff were handled with a day or two. After move out i got my deposit check a week later, with reasonable deductions.

Even though I did not get a place here, I do want to recommend them. The two women at the front desk bent over backwards to try to make everything happen for me and accommodate me in every way and gave me every chance. They were always kind and always willing to go the extra mile. They would take time out of their day to get a hold of me to give me updates and information they thought would be pertinent for me. I am very grateful to them! I hope I can get one of their places in the future!
