I very rarely leave a review anywhere unless I had an exceptional experience or a terrible experience. I am leaving this review in hopes of sparing someone else from the experience that we had with armi. I could literally attest to every single bad review that I read on here. It’s truly the worst company. We felt that we had grounds to take our particular situation to small claims court but my husband didn’t want to miss work (lose more money) in the process. They are dishonest and crooked. The rentals are listed at unbeatable prices for a reason. No matter how great it sounds I promise you that down the road it is NOT worth it. My husband and I were young when we rented with them and now looking back it’s obvious they took advantage of that fact. I am leaving this review hoping that others will not even consider renting with them. There are so many bad reviews for a VERY good reason please take them seriously so that you won’t be in the exact situation! We warn all of our close friends away and anyone we happen to talk to that might be looking for a rental in the Fauquier area.

When we were first considering the rental property, we were cautious because of all the bad reviews online. We did not have many issues. Our fridge died in the middle of summer and they had someone go look at it the next day. It was determined that we needed a new one and it took a few days to receive the new fridge. but I don’t think it was ARMI’s fault. During the last walk through they thanked us for taking care of the place and we received our full deposit back within the 30-45 days of processing.

I could write a short story on our experience with this rental company and it would probably get on Oprah’s book club. We moved into a duplex with a newborn, only to discover very dangerous gas leaks(that were discovered by CHANCE(Me, my wife and my daughter were breathing in gas the first few months of living on the property and if we had a lit a candle in the wrong spot the house probably would have blown, we were told by the gas guy the leaks were a direct result of NEGLECT) Mold (that we were constantly lied to about when we brought it up to them MULTIPLE TIMES with photographic evidence, plus we hired a mold inspector that we had to pay for. ) Our shower leaked into the apartment below and that was never fixed after multiple calls. We literally had to call everybody but the police on these people. We had the Local fire marshall over and he made a huge list of violations for them. Then somebody probably called and intimidated him because we never heard from again. Trey Austin is a spoiled brat and I believe this goes much deeper. He obviously has friends in the local government that know what he’s up to and DO NOT CARE. They literally endangered my daughters life with their neglect and incompetence. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH THEM. There is so much more I didn’t even mention. SLUMLORDS.

The manager(a British sounding woman) literally lied about everything and yelled at me, she is just unprofessional in general as well as the rest of the staff. They can’t get anything done and if you call and ask questions about problems with your apartment they hang up. Our apartment flooded multiple times and they didn’t ever come to fix it until we moved out almost 4 months later. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!

The worst place ever. They were suppose to come clean the yard. My husband and I did it and they charged the home owner for several things that was done by us. They were trying to put me out saying I was behind in my tent by a month so I had a meeting with them showing I wasn't late and they claim to they put my money to fees for late rent and would credit the rent payment to the rent. They had us owing thousand of dollars. Needless to say the home owner came and talked to us and he went to them and fired them for false charges. And of course I had a check in the mail for over payment. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE DISHONEST PEOPLE.
