The Plumbing Express provided outstanding service at reasonable rates. I cannot recommend them enough. Michael even identified and fixed a few things that we did not ask about. Communication was outstanding from both he and Jen from our first contact to completion of work. We will use them for all our plumbing needs from now on.
I decided to trying Plumbing Express after experiencing issues with work performed by another company and couldn’t be happier that I did. Michael is thorough and in detail explains what’s going on with whatever plumbing issue you may have and presents affordable options for you to decide on how you would like to proceed. Jen is so nice and fit me into their schedule to help me out! They are my go to plumbing company and I highly recommend!
Michael came out in a flash to determine why we lost water to the house. He was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He treated my home and my family’s well-being as if they were his own. He didn’t even charge us because he did have the right machine to replace the well pump. He knew we were facing a big repair cost and found compassion for us. Hire this company and Michael if you are looking for a great experience.
This company is fantastic. The only plumber you will need. Michael came out and helped us with our water heater free of charge. Then he came out and replaced our water heater and changed out some valves for a very reasonable price. Great value. He spent extra time answering our questions. I highly recommend this company.
Michael Is AMAZING. He is prompt, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. Not only did he replace a hot water heater and repair several toilets, he saw and addressed additional problems with my water pressure valve and my washing machine and repaired it at no charge. You just don't get that kind of customer service with other companies. I will continue to use The Plumbing Express for all my future plumbing needs.
