Wonderful experience! Chase was very knowledgeable and walked through all of the problems with me. He showed me everything that needed to be replaced and explained all of the problems and he presented all of the possible options for resolution. He did an excellent job!!!
We were pleasantly surprised that our plumber was able to arrive considerably earlier than projected. After starting his pipe clearing operation and encountering difficulties our old house, he came up with a work-a-round successfully, and had our problem fixed in less 2 hours. Very pleased with this tradesman. Thankyou!
Will did a great job and resolved our problem in the same visit. He was very knowledgeable and cleared up the misinformation we were told by other constituents. He also arrived within the window time frame originally given and called me on my cell phone when he arrived, as requested. I highly recommend Roto Rooter.
Plumber was unsure. Estimate was “$1000-$1200, but could be $1500” and ended up over $1700. Charged $194 just for driving to get a replacement part. Then charged $500+ for $225 worth of material. Then, water restoration team quotes minimum $2000. Can’t provide a list of what services will be provided and then stops responding completely.
