Brandon Pehrson is a lazy realtor. He uses MLS photos of my townhouse from more than 14+ years ago to sell a crappier version of my home. I contacted him yesterday about the photo yesterday when someone came to MY door because of the photo yesterday and he said he would take it down. I got my 2nd visitor tonight and called him tonight and he said “I used a photo of the whole building.” No you used one of my property with my address in full view. Brandon, if you want 3-6% of selling price, get off your lazy ass and take your own photos and don’t use ones from the MLS from more than a decade ago of “the same building”. Yes it the “same building” but your listing is barely shown and is 2ndoors down. (Yes I have access to the MLS. Take your own photos, I get why you want to use my property, it’s much prettier, except the whole inside is ripped apart due to construction).
