After living here for a few years I'm so grateful for the current manager, Jorge. He is taking care of things and addressing concerns and issues so well! He's been the best manager we've had living here yet.

Kate, at Country Lake apartments is amazing. She is such a wonderfully humorous, informative employee. I hope she is a valued team member whose pay reflects her professionalism. If not give her a raise please.

Didn't disclosure the meth contamination and waved a cleaning fee if we cleaned ourselves. Retaliated by harassing us after the replacement (full months rent) unit they didn't think we needed was left a mess before moving back to the first one. Avoided Health Department for decontamination. Fined us for a video that they wouldn't share alleging our dog pooped and other harassment of guests. Found out boyfriend didn't add my mother and I to the lease, then he fractured my jaw and skipped out on the rent. Office doesn't seem to see any reason for reasonable accommodations for a disabled woman and assault victim. Jorge could use a course on customer service, instead of waving his sassy finger in my face telling me 'we gonna have a problem'. I mean those old needles are cool laying out in the parking lot.

Not a resident yet but couldn't help but notice the reviews and how sorry they (management) are that renter expectations have not been met. (paraphrasing). Please call our office, yada yada yada. Seriously? I went back one year. Same complaints, same response over a year. I wonder if they ever plan on fixing the problems. Im out

Maintenance is great and the value of the apartments is awesome, I do not feel like I'm overpaying at all. Only reason I give 4 out 5 stars is the need for more parking but other than that I love living here! Kate in the front office is the best property manager and it would be a shame if she ever left!
Similar place
