My experience with Reeder has been great! Camille was especially wonderful throughout the whole application process and was incredibly helpful any time I needed assistance during my tenancy. Her communication is prompt and accommodating and very much appreciated! The online tenant portal system is also super convenient - My time with Reeder has been very pleasant :)

Reeder is the bees knees! Their properties are lovely, and easy to view on their website. The application was very thorough and the team kept in great contact with us throughout the process. Camille was especially helpful and very friendly! She was always available promptly when I had questions and does a fantastic job with the tenants. The online system to pay rent and view our lease, etc is relatively user friendly, but occasionally glitches. Camille was understanding and helpful when this has occurred and we got everything figured out :)

I have spent the last week trying to get ahold of someone to rent one of their locations. Can't get anyone on the phone that can answer questions. The application has been a huge pain in the butt. I have a Uhaul with an entire house in it and they told me the application would take 3 days. Its has taken 5 because they continue to ask for more information. What they didn't tell me until today was it takes 3 days to submit the application then 5 days to review it. Very disappointed. Just read through the BBB reviews and at this point I'm glad that I won't be renting their place. Sounds like the problems don't stop at the application. Just bummed they got wife wife and I for $100 worth of app fees and wasted our time.

Upon information and belief, Reed is a joy to work with. Camille is a hard working professional that provides timely responses helping make any move in feel like a dream rather than a nightmare. Highly recommend.
