Joan was a fantastic realtor. She travelled back and forth, back and forth (20 miles each way, each time), to help us settle and finalize the very difficult and unsavory aspects inherent in real estate transactions. She also found all of the necessary people to do what we could not since we are two hours away, and even after the sale is through she continues to help us find our way around this beautiful area of Virginia! Highly recommend!!!

I was looking to move to the area with my family and Joan helped us navigate the tangles of relocation. She was very knowledgeable about the Grayson County area and was always there to answer any questions we had. She assisted us through the buying process and with her hard work, we found the home we were looking for. I would absolutely recommend Collins and Associates for anyone looking to make that big move to the blue ridge mountains.

I had a rather unpleasant conversation with Joan from this company and it was disheartening. As a realestate investor I have dealt with many different types of agents but none as rude as from this company. It’s a shame I wasn’t given a modicum of respect because I was prepared to buy a substantial amount of land. I was mislead, disrespected, and talked down to. I would absolutely never treat anyone, especially a customer, with the level of disrespect that was directed toward me. I can only hope this review serves as a lesson in customer service for this company, and is a message of caution to anyone looking to do business with them. What I’ve learned is that the next time I plan on doing business in this part of the country I will be avoiding United Country Collins & Associates.
