Ashley Primm is the consummate professional when it comes to real estate. Our property was located in Virginia while we live in NC, but he was as helpful as if we were next door neighbors. Ashley is knowledgeable, aware of resources, and willing to clarify options. He was always available by text or phone, within a reasonable amount of time, and always got back to us quickly. I cannot rated him highly enough! I recommend Ashley Primm most highly and would gladly work with him again.

We really enjoyed our process on buying our first home! My husbands family knows Ashley very well & they’ve always spoke great things about him. Although this was my first time meeting him, throughout the home shopping process he was very professional and very easy to communicate with. He definitely had our best interest and helped us in any way he could and also made himself available even outside of business hours. We are very thankful & happy to have chosen to go through Primm realty and would definitely recommend them to anyone who was house shopping!

Haven't felt with them yet. They have a few listings I'm interested in, so I intend on giving them a call. Depending on there service they will either go up or down. But do far as having a easy to navigate web site I gave them a 3. Same as I do for anyone....

Blake Goad is an exceptional Agent he was very helpful very informative about the area and the real estate available. He always got back to you quickly and went out of his way to show us quite a few homes in a very short period of time. We ended up getting a great house that with a few tweaks will fit our needs very well. Would recommend Prim Realty and Blake to anyone looking for a home or property in his area
