My wife and I moved to SLC from Seattle for her medical residency program in June of 2020. Buying a home from out of state seemed like a daunting task but Dave helped make it smooth and easy. He gave us his honest opinion in regards to home value vs quality and clearly has a great understanding of the neighborhoods and housing market in Salt Lake. We trusted him with helping us close the home from afar and we’re glad we did. Would definitely recommend!

Home-buying from out-of-state, I needed a knowledgeable agent I could trust. Took a shot on David since he was so highly-reviewed on here and felt solid about our connection from the 1st call. It was clear he was really listening to the criteria mattering most to our family (& I'm pretty picky!) and making relevant suggestions. He's very dialed on the area and the local market - not just winging it like I feel like many agents are...
