I called Key when my septic tank needed to be pumped. They came that evening after hours to make sure we were taken care of. He found that the main line from the house had also collapsed and came back the next morning and replaced it and even added a clean out. The price was exceptionally fair and the work was done right. I will definitely call them again. I was very satisfied.

Had a septic back up into our basement. Key plumbing was at my home within an hour and a half of my initial call, had the septic tank pumped and the blocked sewer line unstopped in an hour. They were expert at locating the tank, and did a neat job...careful with the sod and left the area of the yard that had to be dug up looking practically undisturbed. And oh, by the way, this all happened, without complaint, in the rain.
