A beautiful day.
Great Setting of times from the past.
We went here while working our way down along the Blue Ridge Parkway on our Fall trip. It was beautiful! We walked around a bit and then ate at the restaurant- the wait was about an hour at the time because it was peak season, but it was lovely. Definitely a great stop!
Good restaurant. Meal including tip less than 20$. Tasty and fresh from local sources. Waitresses friendly. Parking lot open on off season generally from November 1st to May 1st. Restaurant and toilets closed but may still walk around.
